Isaiah Branam says he didn't have a plan before he joined the Sierra Nevada Job Corp's pre-apprenticeship program, but it's changed his life. "It surprised me how close I got with all of my co-workers," he says. "I didn't think this would be a program where we really got close, but cement took to me, and we're a family."
